Monthly charges are brought into one invoice. It is issued 5 days before payment is due. A new purchase or upgrade may charge for the time left in the current period.
Use the payment option shown at checkout or on your invoice. An unpaid account can be suspended 1 day after the billing due date.
Free is currently R0 a month, with 2 people including the owner and up to 100 products. Check these limits before adding products or staff. An account above the Free product limit can be moved to POS Pro. Check the current plan in your account.
Store connections and add-ons are separate from the POS price. They are not free just because your POS plan is Free. Check the connection price, your plan limits and the checkout total before turning it on.
Use PayFast when it is offered on the payment page. Saved-card automatic renewal is not currently offered. For a bank-transfer option, ask our team. Check the final total before paying.
Store connections end at month-end when cancelled. For POS, choose immediate cancellation or the end of the paid period where offered. Cancellation does not delete your data. It does not promise an automatic refund.
Yes. Open billing to review a plan change and its exact checkout amount. An upgrade may charge for the time left in the current period. Price changes do not replace the unit prices for connections and add-ons already on an issued invoice. Other invoice lines can still change.
No. Online Store is R299 a month. Marketplace adds R399 and requires Online Store. AI support & chat adds R199 and also requires Online Store. Your chosen POS plan and other extras are separate.
No. Takealot is R499 per seller account each month. Takealot Recon Invoice is a separate R199 per Recon Invoice account each month.
POS Pro includes 2 people in total, counting the owner. Each extra person is R50 a month. Connecting a store or buying an add-on does not increase the POS team allowance. Inactive users may still be billed. Disabling a login does not automatically lower the charge. Ask our team to review the people on your bill.
The Takealot plan includes Auto Price for 200 products. Buy extra capacity in blocks of 100 for R200 per block each month. The bill follows the extra capacity you buy.
No. The monthly invoice start dates listed above apply only to those monthly invoice charges. A new purchase can charge for the days left in the current month. Takealot and POS do not have that scheduled monthly start date. Always check checkout.
