For shops and online sellers who want to compare sales, check profit and decide what to buy or fix next.

Sales and product results

See all your sales.
Then check the details.

See where a sale came from, which product sold and whether costs and returns are known.

See sales from your connected accounts

Check sales, units, gross profit, margin and returns. Gross profit is sales minus the included costs and fees. Margin shows profit as a share of sales. Compare daily results, then choose dates or one selling account.

Compare places where you sell

See POS till, Online Store, Takealot, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce sales together. POS means point of sale. A sales channel is a place where you sell, such as your till or online store.

See one product across stores

Online listings linked to the same POS product appear in its combined results. Listings without a product link stay visible as separate rows, so you can find and fix them.

Find products that affect your profit

See best sellers, profitable items, items losing money, high returns and rising or falling sales. Open the product or listing to check the details.

Check returns separately

Find products with many returns. Check the report notes for which order states and dates it includes. Returns and cancelled orders need separate attention.

Reopen a useful report

The page link keeps the selected dates and account filters. Reopen or share that view. Each person still needs permission to see the report and selling accounts.

Know what each report includes

Compare the right figures.

Each report tells you if it shows all channels, only the till or current stock. Stock is also called inventory.

All channels

Sales by channel, linked product results and profit from connected accounts.

Compare selling accounts and find the store or product that needs attention.

Till only

Till sales, customer and cashier details, and sales by product or category.

Check counter sales, payment methods and staff working on the till.

Current stock

Low stock, sold-out items, stock value, old counts, old stock and expiry by location.

Check what you have now and what needs work. Compare it with demand from the chosen sales dates.

Choose dates and whether VAT is included before comparing results. Where supported, filter one account while keeping the other channels in view.

Cost, fees and profit

See how profit is worked out.
Know what is missing.

Check which costs are recorded, estimated or missing before changing prices or buying more.

Use the cost saved with the sale

Where available, reports use the item cost saved when the sale was confirmed. A later product-cost change does not silently change that saved cost.

Know when a cost is estimated

If the old sale has no saved cost, a report may use the current product cost. The result is marked estimated, so you know the difference.

Find missing costs

A missing cost does not mean the item was free. Combined profit reports show these gaps separately and leave them out of profit. Link products and add costs to improve the report.

Check fees before trusting the total

Profit reports use the fee and cost details available for each selling account. Some fees may be missing or still waiting for the provider. Check the fee and payment records.

Check whether VAT is included

VAT is value-added tax. Choose the available tax view before comparing sales. Till items with saved tax amounts keep that tax record.

Check store costs as well as product costs

The store owner can review product earnings, seller commission, delivery income and costs, discounts and payment fees. Missing costs stay visible. Defaults used in place of real costs are estimates.

Check your reports step by step

Find the problem.
Choose the next step.

Choose dates, find the cause and open the right tool to fix it.

  1. Step 1

    Compare each selling account

See how much each account adds to sales, units sold, returns and profit.

  2. Step 2

    Check what is known

Before comparing profit, check for estimated costs, missing product links, unknown fees and till-only data.

  3. Step 3

Find the product or stock issue

Check items losing money, returns, unsold stock, old counts and what needs buying.

  4. Step 4

    Move the work forward

Create a supported buying request, fix a product link, check a fee or assign a stock count.

Stock and buying reports

Know what to reorder.
Know what needs a closer look.

Check what sells, what stock needs work and where it is kept before buying more.

Plan what your warehouse needs

Use sales demand and supported stock-send plans to decide what to buy. Sending stock to a marketplace warehouse is separate from deducting POS stock again.

Plan stock for marketplace warehouses

See what channel warehouses and distribution centres need. Use Takealot and Amazon insights to check their stock before sending more.

Find low stock and sold-out items

Find items to buy, check the linked product and raise a purchase request from supported report rows. Continue the request in the buying tools.

Check stock value and changes

See the value of your stock and the sales, purchases or other actions that changed it. Check which locations the report includes.

Find old counts and expiry risks

See stock that needs a new count, old inventory and recorded expiry dates. Assign a check or follow up on a count waiting for approval.

Check pack prices and profit

See unit cost, whole-pack cost, pack price and profit per pack. Compare pack prices with buying single units. See how many full packs are available. Missing costs stay labelled.

Buying, cash flow and staff

See the work
behind the numbers.

Check sales beside buying, money owed, cash records and staff work.

Check purchases and suppliers

See purchases by supplier or buyer, and how buying changes over time. Check requests by product or requester before the next order.

See requests and approvals

See who made each request, who approved or rejected it and what is still waiting. Find where buying or product-fix work has stopped.

See what is owed

Check what you owe suppliers and what customers owe you. Open the invoice and payment details when checking an unpaid amount.

Follow cash in and out

Use cash-flow and till reports for the sales and payments they cover. Till records show the starting float, cash added or removed and the closing count.

Review staff work

See sales, purchases, product work, requests, counts and supported online-account work by employee. Use change and order records to check the details.

Check each till shift

Compare expected cash, cash movements and the closing count. Keep any difference visible. The starting float is not sales income.

Open the sale or stock record

Open the records behind the report.

Open selling-account sales and fees, manage stock, or check the till and store records.

Reporting questions

Understand the numbers
before acting on them.

Which selling accounts can I compare?

Combined reports cover available POS till, Online Store, Takealot, Amazon, Shopify and WooCommerce data. Choose dates, a channel or an account to check.

Do all reports combine every selling account?

No. Reports show All channels or Till only. Channel sales, product results and channel profit combine connected data. Till summaries and till customer, cashier, product and category reports show till data only.

What if a sale has no product cost?

Combined profit reports show no-cost sales separately and leave them out of profit. If a report can use the current cost instead of a saved sale cost, it labels that result estimated. Missing cost must not look like zero cost.

Does profit include every fee automatically?

It uses the fee information available for that selling account. Some provider fees can be missing or pending. Check fee records, payment records and missing-data notes before treating a total as complete.

Can I find products losing money or being returned?

Yes. Product lists show profitable items, items losing money, high returns, items not selling and listings needing a POS link. Check costs, fees and return details before making changes.

Can I create a buying request from a report?

Supported rows offer an ordering action that creates a purchase request. Check the linked product and required quantity, then continue through the buying steps.

Does choosing old sales dates show stock from that date?

Not usually. Stock value and low-stock reports show current stock unless labelled otherwise. Choosing an earlier sales period does not turn current stock into an old stock balance.

Who can see reports?

Staff need report permission and access to the connected accounts. Some other tools, including detailed Online Store profit, are for the owner only.

Can I export a report?

Supported reports offer their own CSV or PDF export. The available file type and included data depend on the report. Keep the selected dates and filters with the file.
