Start freeStock, also called inventory, is what you have to sell. Receive goods, count them, move them between locations and update linked online accounts. POS means point of sale: your till. Sync means keeping linked information updated.
Made in South Africa. Built for the world.
For shops, wholesalers and online sellers with stock in a shop, warehouse or several locations.
Find the product details, buying history and stock quantity together.
Keep barcodes, images, categories, brands, suppliers, costs and prices with each product. Give each size or colour its own barcode and stock quantity.
Filter by product details, stock, price, quality or selling account. Save useful views. Find low stock, missing costs or images, old counts and listings without a product link.
Search or scan the right item. Keep pack sizes separate from unit stock. Set prices for larger quantities. A pack barcode can select the pack at the till.
Check images, descriptions, categories, size and weight. Assign missing-detail tasks to staff before listing products online.
Open purchase history and supplier details when choosing what to buy. Keep received quantities and costs with the purchase record.
Import or export supported product lists. Review new, changed and invalid rows before saving. Available tools depend on your access and POS plan.
Help staff find, receive and count items at the right location.
Keep separate quantities for the shop, warehouse and other locations. Choose which locations can supply stock to online selling accounts.
Set up racks and shelves at each location. Use the same rack picker for products and counts. You can require staff to choose a listed rack and shelf.
Assign a person to each rack. When you hand a rack to someone else, uncounted tasks can follow them. Past count records stay unchanged.
Choose where staff can sell, receive, count or change stock. Keep read-only access to other locations separate. Set the usual working location for each person.
Request and approve a transfer. Send stock from one location and receive it at another. Stock on the way is not available for sale at either end.
Receive what arrived and leave the rest on the way. If the rest will not arrive, close it as short and record a reason. Keep the transfer history.
Let staff count items. Let approvers decide when stock changes.
Choose items by rack, category or location. Assign the count to a person. They can open the work on a computer or phone.
Scan or find the item. Enter the quantity you counted, the rack and a reason for any difference where required. Count Now saves your work in progress.
Submit a finished count or the part already counted. Fix missing required details. Unsubmitted work stays separate from counts ready for approval.
An approver accepts or rejects each submitted item. Approved changes record who approved them and the adjustment reference. The last-counted date updates on approval.
Use count history and difference reports to check the product, person, category and reason. Only approvers can make direct manual adjustments.
Follow buying progress, link the right product and record the stock received.
Raise buying requests from products and reports. Choose a supplier, create a purchase order and track what arrives.
Find or choose the matching POS product before adding a purchase. See missing links and barcodes so staff know which item to receive.
When buying packs, check how many units they contain and the cost of each unit. A pack must not be counted as one unit by mistake.
Marking a purchase order received and adding POS stock are separate steps. Use Add Purchase to add the linked items at the right location.
A line already added to POS cannot be added again. Check its history if you are unsure whether a receipt was saved.
Track recorded expiry and batches where used. Follow purchases, sales, counts, transfers and adjustments to see why stock changed.
Online stock depends on the linked product, chosen locations and whether you sell units, packs or combos.
Link the online item or product option to the right POS product. Fix missing links before relying on its stock or cost.
Each account can use different locations and warehouse links. The total you own can be different from the quantity offered online.
For a listing sold in packs, send the number of complete packs available. Leftover units do not count as part of another pack.
A supported combo contains several items. Its available quantity depends on the part with the lowest stock after allowing for how many of each it needs.
Confirmed POS sales, purchases and approved stock changes start online stock updates. Check the update status and history if a selling account has a problem.
FBA means Fulfilment by Amazon: Amazon holds and sends the stock. FBM means Fulfilled by Merchant: you send the order. FBA quantities come from Amazon. POS stock can supply FBM listings. Takealot warehouse and incoming stock also stay visible separately.
See low stock, sold-out items, old counts, expiry dates and slow sellers. Check stock value and what to send to warehouses or selling accounts.
Yes. Each location has its own quantities, racks and staff access. Working there and viewing its stock are separate permissions. Online accounts can use selected locations.
No. Count Now saves work in progress. Submit the count for review, then a person with approval permission approves the changes. Quick-count API submissions also wait for approval. Direct manual adjustments are a separate action for approvers.
Yes. Submit counted items or a selected batch. Unfinished items stay in progress. Items missing required details can wait for a fix without blocking the rest.
Yes. Phone counts use the same assigned work and review steps. On a computer, a barcode scanner that works like a keyboard can find an item in an open count. Unmatched or unclear scans need checking.
No. Sent stock leaves the source and stays on the way until received. Receive partial deliveries as they arrive. Closing the rest as short requires a reason.
No. Link its lines to the correct POS products, check packs and costs, then use Add Purchase. The app blocks a line already added to POS.
Each account can use different locations, warehouse links, pack sizes or combo parts. Stock held by Amazon is also separate from stock in your own locations.
No. Reading orders and changing stock are separate actions. A confirmed POS sale or Online Store payment follows its own stock rules. Importing an order does not tell the app to deduct the same stock twice.
Manage till sales, goods received, stock counts and online stock in one place.
